Pay your final balance and damage deposit 14 days before your reservation starts
Cancellation Policy:
The reservation deposit is refundable up until 14 days prior to the departure minus a small processing fee. Cancellations between 14 and 7 days prior to departure are 50% refundable (no processing fee applies). Cancellations within 7 days of departure are non-refundable but full credit will be given towards another booking within 12 months. Owner cancellations are 100% refundable. Damage deposit is fully refundable if the unit is returned on time, clean, and without damage.
